2. Products and Services
We sell GPS tracking devices and related subscription services. Descriptions and prices are accurate at the time of listing. Images are for illustrative purposes only.
3. Orders & Payments
- Orders are accepted when payment is successfully processed via Revolut.
- Subscription services are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled.
- Prices include UK VAT where applicable.
4. Delivery
- Orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days.
- We use trusted couriers, and risk passes to you upon delivery.
5. Returns & Refunds
- Physical products: 14-day cancellation right under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
- Subscription services: can be cancelled anytime; refunds are provided where required by law. See our full Refund & Returns Policy.
6. Warranty & Liability
Devices carry a 12-month warranty against defects. We are not liable for:
- Misuse of devices (e.g., illegal tracking)
- Service interruptions beyond our reasonable control
7. Governing Law
