1. Returns
- You have 14 days from delivery to cancel an order.
- Products must be returned in original condition.
- To start a return, email sales@stoolen.com.
2. Refunds
- Refunds processed within 14 days after receiving returned items.
- Subscription services are billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime but are non-refundable for partial months.
3. Exceptions
- Custom or personalised products cannot be refunded unless faulty.
